At the front desk, Kayla answers the phone, books and reschedules appointments, checks patients in, collects intake forms and consents, and handles payment at the end. If you are not sure which appointment to book, she can point you toward the right starting place across the practice's aesthetic services or its wellness services, then route your clinical questions to the provider who can answer them properly.

In the back office she keeps treatment rooms stocked and turned over between patients, manages supplies and records, and makes sure each provider has what they need before a patient walks in. It is the part of the day nobody sees, and it is the reason appointments start close to their scheduled time.
