Nicole Sherman is the front desk at Desert Oasis Wellness and Med Spa in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and she is usually the first person you meet here. She brings over 20 years of customer service and front desk experience in primary care to the role.

Two decades in a primary care front office is a real education in people. You learn to read the room, to keep a schedule honest, and to recognize that the person standing at the desk may be quietly nervous about the appointment they are there to keep.

Nicole was excited for the opportunity to bring that experience into the wellness spa world, where the reason people walk in is different but the need to feel looked after is exactly the same.

Nicole's own stated focus is boosting client self esteem and offering support during a healthier transition. At the front desk, that turns into something very practical. She listens to what brought you in, helps you find the right starting point on our list of services, and books you with the provider who handles it.

If you are not sure what to ask for, describing the problem is enough. Our concerns pages cover what patients most often come in about, so Nicole can point you toward the one that sounds like you and you arrive at your consultation already knowing what you want to talk about.

She does not perform treatments and she will not guess on your behalf. Her job is getting your question in front of the provider qualified to answer it.
