First, a Correction: EMVITAL Is a Laser, Not an Electromagnetic Device
This is worth settling up front, because a number of early write ups about EMVITAL, including some of the material that circulated when the device launched, described it as electromagnetic pulse therapy. That description is wrong. EMVITAL is a functional laser. It emits light at a wavelength of 1064 nm, and it delivers that light through a hands free applicator guided by BTL's TriHIL sensor platform.
The distinction is not pedantry, because the two mechanisms do genuinely different jobs.
